I've managed to get my son's Santa gifts ordered. One portion is delivered, but I am still waiting on the remaining few things.
I have also gotten my nephew's gift and it's all wrapped and ready to go.
Other than that, I still have a bit outstanding.

DS' is getting stock pile gifts. I have no idea what I'm getting my DH. and I have to get the grandparents gifts together soon!

I was able to knock a ton of shopping off my list in the past week and so now I only have a little left to do. I have to get something for each one of our dads, a couple of things for my husband, and two bottles of wine for gift exchanges that I'm part of.
ETA: Everything I have is wrapped, I just need to add ribbons and make everything pretty

I’m almost completely done and most things are wrapped – BUT only because we are going to be out of the country 12/14-22nd so I need to get everything done before we leave.

I still need to order H's play kitchen, get a couple of things to round out the bath baskets for my MIL and SIL, and purchase presents for my husband, my niece, and my nephew.

I've ordered everything but gifts for my MIL and Mom. Plan on doing that today!
I haven't gotten my pictures back for our Christmas cards yet - as soon as I do I'll be placing that order. Nothing like waiting til the last minute.

Just waiting on a couple things in the mail. One company, after being on Shark Tank, is so behind I am afraid it won't get here in time. They said it should be here by Christmas but I need a couple days before.

Nearly done! I don't know what I'm getting my dad, and we still have to order one of FIL's gifts. We are waiting on some things to be delivered still and everything needs wrapped!

I am doing terribly this year! I have DH's present, which I ordered this morning. And that's it.
I still need to get for my mom, dad, DH's dad, my brother, his girlfriend, my BFF and her DH and their baby.
So I need to go out today or tomorrow and pick up everything else!

Everyone's done but my MIL/FIL and my parents. Maybe a couple more things for my husband, and his stocking. (I always fill his stocking. He does not fill mine. Ever.)

We finished up pretty much all of our Christmas shopping on Cyber Monday. We're not getting J much because we know our parents will go nuts with the buying. I ordered him one toy...maybe will get one more. Besides that, we're set.

The only thing I have left to buy is a shirt for my mom and a six pack of craft beer for my husband.
Everything that I bought so far is wrapped. I really tried to wrap as i brought things into the house. So it was only a few gifts each night as things got shipped to me.
The last big "to do" is LO's play kitchen. We were given an Ikea play kitchen 2nd hand and i need to clean it up and I want to paint it. We also are crafting a fridge from an ikea toy box to go with it.
