1 wk- PTO/ 100% pay
5 wks- 100% pay
11 wks- 85% pay
9 wks- 70%
That's 26 weeks for maternity leave if we can manage reduced income for a few months!
If you HAVE TO use STD for Maternity Leave, please share your state and benefit structure. Do you plan on using FMLA (0% pay) to extend your maternity?
EDIT: The reduced pay percentages may be a company thing. When I looked it up on our HR site I did not have to put which state I am located in.
