DS is going to be baptized in DH's hometown, where all his family still lives. We are including a blurb on the birth announcement to say "DS will be baptized at xyz church on this date, at this time." we felt like that was the easiest way to communicate to DH's large extended family (his mom has 10 siblings and they'll all get a birth announcement). They all live in the town and attend the church where DS will be baptized.

SIL has a 4 month old who she is having baptized the same day. I think it's pretty cool, we'd talked about it before she jumped in and scheduled her LO's for the same date and time.

She asked me who we were inviting and I told her that we were just including the info on his birth announcements. She wants me to say that her LO is also being baptized that day.

I want to decline. This is my LO's birth announcement... I don't think it should say anything about her LO.

Thoughts?
