My DD (11.5 months) goes to bed around 7:30 (I put her down 7:20-7:30 and she is asleep within 10-15 minutes). Until a few weeks ago, she slept roughly 7:30-7:30. Lately, however, her wake up time has been creeping earlier... first to 6:30 for a week or so, and today she was up at 6:00. She is usually very tired by the time she goes to bed, but we have kept the later bedtime because my husband doesn't get home until 7:00 most nights. Do you think we should move bedtime to 7:00 anyway? Do you think an earlier bedtime helps babies/toddlers sleep longer (as the sleep sources suggest)? What was your experience?

She gets plenty of food/milk during the day so I don't think she is hungry, but we just started weaning, so I know she is pretty attached to her morning nursing session (she only nurses at wake up and bedtime now).
