I'd love to we how you set up your changing table area. We have a dresser and a changing table topper with a divider but I am looking for some inspiration on how to make it most useful and functional.

I don't know if mine will be of any help to you because we have a traditional changing table with shelves underneath.
I got some cute pink baskets from the container store and then placed them on the shelves underneath. I left some space open where we have a pretty tray with her "toiletries on it (lotion, diaper cream, hairbrush, clippers, etc.) and then also an open space with her books and a cute piggy bank.

I'll try and remember to take a picture and post it for you, but our dresser is set up very simply and it works well. We have a traditional dresser and just place the changing pad on top and center on the dresser top. To the left I have my wipes warmer and my lamp. To the right I have a PBK large basket w/liner and in there I keep about 10 diapers, my diaper creme, powder, baby oil, baby lotion, hair brush and face cream. These are the things I use most often.
My other toiletries I keep hanging on the outside of the closet door. I was given an over the door holder and in the bottom section I keep my thermometer, medicine, qtips, vaseline, nail filer, and any other little items I might need for her.
It's not fancy but I have to say it works really, really well.

The top drawer has all of DD's cloth diaper supplies, the middle drawer has her clothes, and the bottom drawer has blankets, extra diaper inserts, and undershirts. -
Here is ours... First drawer is full of diapers and wipes - then we have everything easy access in the little pots hanging above!
