I used to use google reader, and loved it, but then switched to feedly, which i also loved...until today! now feedly requires you to log in using a Google + account, and i have no interest in creating a Google + account, so now i'm locked out of my reader, lost my list of blogs and websites i follow, and need to find a new reader!
SO, what online reader do you use? bonus points if it also has an Android app but not completely necessary!

I use bloglovin, its ehh but I replaced google reader with it and haven't spent the time to find something better

@Pirouette: I use feedly but I don't use gmail for primary emails. Ugh... I'm currently locked out of my gmail account because I couldn't remember my password.
I'm not updating my feedly app because the last time I did I had to re-enter my gmail account. It was a pain because I have a few accounts with different passwords.
I need to write my gmail accounts and passwords down so I can access them.

@DillonLion: really? you can still get into your feedly account? it sends me to a screen asking me to create a G+ account.
@jetsa: that's the only other one i've heard of...may have to check it out, even if it's just ehhh!

@bluestriped bee: i really hate that feedly makes you log in with google to begin with. why can't you just have a feedly user name and password?

@Pirouette: @DillonLion: I don't think you need a Google + account, just a google account. Do you not like google accounts or the Google + part of it. I have a gmail account and I don't think I activated the Google + portion of it.

@Pirouette: Yeah, I wish you could be given the option of signing up for a Feedly account. Would make my gmail dilemma go away.

@bluestriped bee: I don't love the google account part, but i'm ok with it. But as of today, i can't log in without actually joining Google + as well. it takes me to a separate screen asking me to join Google + to access my feedly account.

Ugh Google Reader was the best. I'm using Feedly for my iPhone right now but I don't use it for my web browser.

Why did Google Reader die? I've only heard good things about them, and nothing else has come close to filling their shoes, so I can't imagine there was a ton of competition for them?

@wahine08: @swurlygurl: totally agree on google reader...i have no idea why they took it away! you'd think with google's obsession with knowing everything about you they'd enjoy having access to every article you read online, haha.

Currently using bloglovin' but not lovin' it. Hehe. It's the only one that worked well enough, but I really miss my google reader.

I use bloglovin' too. It's ok, but honestly, I don't have the time or energy to search for another one, and if don't want to keep transferring all my blog links around.
