Just bought two awesome pairs of shoes for my little guy but apparently his feet are wide and they won't work. The selection of Wide shoes everywhere is not cute. Has anyone had luck sizing up with regular width shoes instead of purchasing wides?
First world problem, but these shoes are too cute and I don't want to give up on them

How old is your little guy? My son needed sides until he was two. He wore only robeez until about 18 months and then a pair of shoes I found at (randomly) Walmart. If I had sized up when he was younger I think he would have just been tripping all the time.

@OhCaptain: 14 months. Yeah, my husband just talked me out of it. I guess I will just stick to wides for now...maybe I'll be able to order these again next year? Thank you!

Definitely recommend Stride Rite for wides. But I feel your "pain" - I bought DS the cutest little Toms when he was around 1 and couldn't even get his feet in them

It has never worked for my DS, I bought Toms in a size too big and his feet just couldn't even get into the ends of them they are so wide!

I have these on the way now. I like the new balances a lot! Wish I could have found cuter stride rites though
