Has anyone gotten any type of skin treatment for scars? I just scheduled a consultation for my acne scars at an aesthetic center. They do LED light therapy, peels, laser treatment, microdermabrasion, botox, etc.
Would love to hear what others have done / how it went / what to expect. Thanks!

Exciting! My mom had a few laser sessions on her freckles that had spread/enlarged as she aged. She was happy with the results, but didn't want to keep paying for even more sessions.

@graceandjoy: price will definitely be an issue. And funny enough as I've mentioned it to a couple people, they're like, what? why? so obviously I notice my skin issues way more than other people do.

@josina: Yeah, it will probably depend on how many sessions they think you need and whether that works for you, or if you can be happy with what the results are after x amount of sessions. But I'm happy you are doing something for you 
I'm dying to get my brows microbladed!

Just updating in case anyone else thinks about doing something similar...
I am doing microchanneling (half the price of laser treatment) and start next week, super excited! I will most likely be doing 5 treatments and it helps with acne scars and sun spots, and bonus will be my undereye wrinkles ;).

@Chuckles: Its $250 each, It probably varies by skin condition on how many treatments they recommend, but they suggested 4 for me (there is a special now so the 5th is free).

@josina: Thanks! I have some broken capillaries from having really sensitive skin and uneven tone that I'd love to have fixed. I'm also 41, so I'm sure some general help with wrinkles would also be good. Maybe someday...
