Does anyone have a LO that skipped crawling??
My LO is 10 months old, and is still not crawling! But she's still getting around everywhere! She mostly rolls, but has started to army crawl a tiny bit. But she's much more interested in pulling up and standing next to things now. I have a feeling once she gets a little more confident in her balance, she will be walking. Therefore, skipping crawling!!
Anyone else?

Our son did this but then at about 11.5 months figured out crawling and did not walk until 14/15 months

My LO is 11 months and he scoots on his bum everywhere, with no interest in crawling. I suspect he's just going to go from scooting to walking, but we'll see...

DS scooted on his butt until he started walking at 12.5 months. He finally started crawling at 16 months.

Both DSs learned to pull up and stand and even cruise a bit before they started actual crawling... DS1 crawled at 9 months, DS2 is army crawling at 8.5 months... DS1 crawled for about a month or two then started walking.

@mrsjyw: interesting that they cruised before crawled! I guess I am just used to hearing about babies crawling first!

He went from scooting to walking. Now we giggle at him when he crawls on all fours because he never did it before.

DS skipped it and was totally fine. Started pulling up and walking at 9.5. Actually he figured out crawling the same day he started walking coincidentally but still never was very interested in it. Also was not much of a roller or scooter of any type before walking. I know of lots of kids like this too and everyone turned out great (usually just early walkers).
