I dont know if any of you have better experiences but I think their customer service is terrible and will not be buying any more of their products. I tried in calling to their customer service line for days but no one ever answers, no matter which option you choose it just always goes to voicemail and no one calls you back. Finally I decided to email them with a complaint and someone responded to my email with a really flippant response and they asked for more information and pictures and that was several days ago. I havent heard from anyone since. Most other baby brands have very good customer service and stay on top of things.

Wow, this is really disappointing to hear. If you have a time or energy, you should write a scathing letter to them that you will no longer purchase any items from them for their horrible customer service. They should know and who knows maybe try to win you back as a customer with a discount or freebies.

That Stinks! I have started using FB when I want to contact customer service for a company. PBK and Rubbermaid gave me instant satisfactory results. I think because it is a public forum and they want to uphold their image.

I totally agree!! I sent them an email because both diaper bags I bought ended up ripping in less than two wks. Their responses indicated they did not really read my complaint, because they kept asking the same questions over and over. Grr. Not buying their products anymore!!

Its so surprising since their prices are fairly high. I've learnt my lesson.
@Pipers Mommy: Yes FB is a good idea as an alternative way to contact them. I'll try that later and see how it works.
@MungBean: Its such a shame how they dont even seem interested. -
Try using twitter or Facebook to complain. I have gotten results from voicing a public complaint, when previously the company hasn't done anything to help me. (Hygeia pump and breast flow bottles.)

I agree with the facebook and twitter suggestions. Nothing makes a company move faster than public social media complaining!
