My phone is as basic as it comes, just calling and texting. I miss having a smartphone so bad sometimes, especially now since I can't upload photos to the bee without one.

@mrs. bird: I was to, but I broke mine and it was way too much to replace it, so I dumped my data plan and went to a basic phone. I can renew my contract in a few months, so we'll see where I land then.

I have an iphone, too. I'm patiently waiting for the iphone 5 to upgrade..I've been eligible for upgrade since November, and you better believe Verizon has been bugging me!
I don't think I'll go back to a normal phone because of the convenience, as well as the fact that I was grandfathered in with unlimited data for 30/month, which they no longer offer. If I ever cancelled that, I wouldn't be able to get it back...but I'm allowed to keep it if I just keep it, if that makes sense!

@sorrycharlie: I have the same grandfathered plan. It's my understanding that we can keep that plan when renewing our contract but will have to pay full price for the phone (as opposed to the rebate/subsidized price). Is that right?
I have an iPhone. Husband has a very basic call/text/camera phone as his primary phone and a call/text only phone as his on call backup.

They haven't said anything to me about that either when they call to harass me into buying a new phone, lol

I have the LG Ally, and i'm upgrading to the Droid 4. eeee! I cannot wait. I love Android markets, but my phone has run it's course.

I have a HTC Evo. Almost two years and I wouldn't recommend it. While the phone itself is ok, the battery life sucks. I can get a new one the end of Aug but I am going to hold out till this fall when the new iphone is suppose to be released.

When Mavi was hospitalized my husband had my phone. I felt so naked and couldn't believe I made my way to the hospital using the road signs. So 1990!

Blackberry curve 8330, I really love my BB, but my current job won't let me sync up work email to my phone, so I think I will end up going iPhone next time.

Droid Razr, I love it! Not too different from my husband's iPhone, but it has a few details that I prefer. I used to have a Blackberry for work and an EnV3 for home. It has the colored LED indicator light that I loved on the Blackberry and a bigger screen and better keyboard than the iPhone.
