My 3.5 year old asks for snacks ALL. DAY. LONG.

It makes me a little insane. I offer her things that are on the healthier side, or try to - goldfish sneak in there - but man. I feel like every few minutes I hear, "I'm hungrrrrry. I want a snaaaaack." Regardless of when she last ate.

I did find doing a carb snack before bed helped her sleep better! She also outgrew all her pants this past week so there's that.. I need to sneak some more protein into her smoothies.

Anyone else with a constant snacker?
