Some of you know my pump broke last night so I went out and bough a new one. I stuck to the same brand because it worked great for 8.5 months. The new one works atleast but its not the same, its SUPER loud and has very weak suction on all settings. Its just not as good and I dont get as much milk out.
I called them this morning and all they said was they are discontinuing production of that pump because they have a newer PRO affinity pump being released in a few weeks, so they cant send me a new pump. They want togive me a refund but it will be by check and only after they receive my pumps. Which will take weeks to process. I spoke to a manager and they just dont even seem to care at all. I sent them a direct message on twitter and got very generic response that I should just call their customer service line. They dont seem to get the urgency of the situation and I am so angry!!! I sent in an email and I am waiting for a response.
