Yes, he will always cry/whine for about 2-5 minutes before falling asleep...for any nap and also for night-time sleep. He used to fuss for almost 10 minutes so it's an improvement. We don't rock or swaddle him anymore and just put him straight into the crib. He's almost 5 months old.

Mine did for a long time, but she is finally getting better about it... Unless she's overtired, and then he screams.

If you don't let him/her go over tired, then it will get better and better and at the end they won't cry anymore

We used to have a terrible crying baby every time we put him down.... but eventually he doesn't do that anymore - once we put him down he goes to sleep. He could be standing up and sitting up and doing this or that but eventually he'd just pass out
