Some.. not all!
I thought I liked pretty boys, very little hair, baby face, etc...
but I ended up with a rugged, muscular manly man!! but my tastes changed cause now I wouldn't trade it I love it!

Most definitely! I think my list is actually a derivative of all things I found so attractive about DH! tall, dark, handsome, big muscles, broad shoulders, nice smile, etc

Yep, broad shoulders, manly, hairy chest (I know most women are the opposite these days!), great smile and dimples

@prettylizy: it's ok, my DH is hairy too. I came to not mind... maybe even like it

I have a thing for muscular men, but my hubby isn't. I still love him to pieces though.

@Coco Bee: It's funny, my dad is super hairy, and so as a kid growing up I just though that's what all men looked like when the got older. I always found hairless man chests juvenile looking when I was in high school.
I actually love DH's chest hair

My DH ended up being way better looking than I had ever even hoped for! He is the most handsome person I've ever been with:)

I always look for tall guys since I'm tall and DH is only 3 inches taller. When you date online, you don't get a ton of the physical traits until you meet in life.
I don't know how to say this without being dirty but he did have a very important physical trait. That one was very important for me to know before we met.

I am with @princessbaby.
I have never been with a more handsome man. I think he is dead sexy!

Tall! Hahah well just anyone taller than me! (Which isn't hard since I'm only 5'2) but I got a very hott husband if I may say so myself! He's super tall though, 6'4-6'5 and a very manly man!

my hubs has the slender athletic build that I like (which he didn't when we started dating at 17, so that one just worked out over time), but hair color, eyes, complexion, are all opposite of "my type" - but he is completely handsome and its all good! He is just slightly annoyed that all my Hollywood crushes are slightly opposite of him haha

I wanted someone tall since I'm so short. DH is over 6 feet tall.

Yes! Although he looks totally different now than when we met and i prefer it now! (ie: then :: now)
Clean shaven :: full beard
Shaved head :: longer curly hair
180lbs :: 200 lbs

DH is totally not my type, but gorgeous nonetheless. I used to go for Tall, Dark, Manly and DH is Average Height, Blonde, and Baby-faced. But damn is he hot.

Some! I tend to gravitate towards taller men. My DH is 6'7" so he totally fit the bill in that regard.
Also, all the guys I've ever dated have had brown hair - DH does too!

Yep! I love tall men (over 6 feet) with dark hair and blue eyes, and I don't like them skinny! He fits the bill on all of that! Love my lumberjack man!

I don't know that I ever had a type, but he is definitely a hottie and definitely the hottest guy I've ever dated.
He's a little shorter than average height at 5'6" but I'm only 5'0" so that works perfect, and he's got dark hair dark eyes and totally fit/muscular. nom.
