Whether they workout or not, is your DH in good shape?
Mine is normal weight, even though he rarely exercises. And he still looks pretty darn good to me! I wish I could look that normal without ever working out, but that's not the case for me AT ALL.

He is in good shape. He doesn't work out but he has a physically demanding job so that probably helps. I wish I was like that too lol!

DH is in pretty great shape in my opinion, but he works in construction over 12 hours a day, 6 days a week. If he wasn't, I'd be a little worried..

He's not as muscular as he used to be, but he is lean and takes care of himself. That's about all I can ask for, in this day and age!

He's in pretty decent shape. He lost 40 lbs last year and has managed to keep it off by working out a lot! But he's getting knee surgery this Friday and won't be able to work out for a while... not sure what's gonna happen!

Yup! He's always been athletic/modeled during college and generally is always in great shape. He just started back on a workiut regiment for weight lifting n cardio after working outside for most of summer.

He is in really good shape, he bikes to work 2-3 times per week, and has a job that is physically demanding at times. We both have a little extra "padding" right now though, but we are working on it.

He's always been very athletic and is still really strong and fit, but since leaving college hockey behind his body has changed. Once I got pregnant my bad influences resulted in him gaining 5 or 10 extra pounds too, whoops! He's been trying to get it off but hasn't had much luck.

Well he is a string bean (only 160 lbs) but I wouldn't say he is in great shape. He has a lot of endurance when it comes to running but he isn't super toned.

Definitely yes, maybe not as muscular as before because he doesn't have as much time to go to the gym, but he's still in great shape and plays on a soccer team every week.

He is mediocre. He was in great shape when we met and then let himself go after we got married. His weight has fluctuated a lot in the last 2-3 years. Like +/- 20 lbs! It's crazy. He's not very consistent so he goes through spurts of working out and if he doesn't work out, he gains weight pretty quickly.
Right now he is alright - still a little + than he should be but not fat lol He does have nice arm muscles

He's muscular and solid, but he does have a bit of daddy belly that he desperately wants to get rid of. Once LMW hits her 100 day mark we're both going to start in on our workout routines!

Yes! DH is a Phys Ed teacher, so active with high school aged boys every day, and in his prep period he is in the gym working out! He is also a university hockey coach and on-ice 3x a week, and we are a fairly active and fit couple (me not preggo of course!) DH was jacked when we met/pre-me, but honestly there's parts about it (gross muscles from shoulders to neck, making him look like he has less of a neck) that I didn't like! He's gotten a bit more lean (he says he slacks more, but I like how he looks better, ha!) rather than jacked the longer we've been together!

He works in a special field for the USAF, so he works out 5 days a week.

@Beebug: omg! Yes! The overdeveloped trapezius! So gross! DH has that. I know it's important because it will help to prevent spine damage (although DH already has deterioration in his spine from lifting 
) he also has a part of his back that looks like a butt! Do you know what I'm taking about?? I don't know how else to describe it. Maybe I'll see if I can find a pic of his back butt...

He use to be in awesome shape, but right now he's got a little tummy and a bigger booty than he use to. I don't mind his tummy but I miss his BIG football arms and big strong neck!!! I loooved them! He's lost a little bit of it but he still is one of the strongest guys I know.

DH is long and skinny. He's like 6'2 with lanky arms & legs. He's super skinny so he has abs by default

yep! DH goes to the gym daily and plays hockey 3x a week. I wish I could be as active/fit as he is.

Gah! I'm slightly jealous of all you ladies and your muscular hubbys!! Hubby used to be a stick, but has put on quite a bit of "happy" weight (30lbs) since we've been together. He's working on losing the weight the past year, but he just doesn't seem to be too interested in it so he's only lost 4 lbs. Makes me kind of sad, especially since it's a slight health issue now.

He has always been on the thinner side but recently has started to get a little belly. I think it is super cute but I probably shouldn't be encouraging him, haha. That being said, he is still only like 150 lbs, so it's not really anything to worry about.

Yup... he used to be better shape, very muscular, 8 pack and all... he's down to a 6 pack now, but still very lean.

Yup, although after LO was born he lost all of his muscle because he stopped going to the gym. Who loses weight by NOT going to the gym? Now that things have settled down, he is back at the gym and playing ice hockey. He's definitely not jacked like @mrs bird's hubby but he's in good shape. haha

@caffeinated: DH looses weight if he doesn't go to the gym either! Drives me nuts! Actually, he can go either way, like that pic was maybe a month before his last competition (I hope that didn't come across as 'look at my jacked hubby!' I was just trying to illustrate back butt lol), so he probably had to drop another 5lbs, but most of that would be water weight. Body builders dehydrate themselves pretty seriously before competitions because your muscles show better then. DH gets kind of psycho grouchy because you also cut out carbs. It's a seriously miserable time! He puts on a little weight when he's not competing, so his back butt isn't quite as prominent right now, thank god! Ewww

@mrs. bird: hehe, that back butt is actually cute! i'd probably squeeze it all the time. hahaha. there was a point when DH was losing weight faster than i was...i told him that if he dropped down to my weight i'd divorce him.

@caffeinated: haha, I have rules about DH maintaining a weight at least 50lbs over mine! As far as squeezing him, I leave the back butt alone, if you haven't noticed yet, it kinda grosses me out =P but I do sleep wrapped around his arm, he refers to it as my lovey this pic is what would make me leave DH! Although if DH could look like this without juicing, he totally would! No steroids allowed in our house though

My husband is in good shape but not muscular. He's a typical Chinese boy - skinny. No matter how much he eats or works out, he's still skinny. Ugh. So annoying.

I'm in better shape than he is. I have a faster metabolism and can eat anything. he has a hard time losing weight and could lose about 20lbs

But he is tall and thin, but not too thin. Just right! : )
