My favorite is definitely the FREE room service on Carnival. The food is sooo good and it's not offered anywhere else on the ship but through room service. The second would be the balcony. The last time my husband & I and his brothers got three rooms in a row so we opened up the partitions between us so that we had one HUGE balcony. It was awesome!
Breakfast on the balcony every morning was my favorite!
I'm in desperate need of a cruise!

Getting to travel while I sleep! I'm with @MamaMoose: on this one, waking up in a different country each day is pretty awesome!
Last one I went in was our honeymoon in October. DH hadn't been on one, so it was so much fun seeing how exciting the whole thing was for him 
he was like a kid in a candy shop!!
I love the food, the towel animals, the classes, I love taking naps! I looooved our balcony! I don't think I'd want to do one without a balcony now that I've had one, sitting out there was so relaxing! And it was great when DH would sleep in.
@regberadaisy: What did you order from the carnival room service that you couldn't get in one of the dining rooms? I'll have to get in when we go this November:) You should totally take another cruise! We can make it a HB cruise, hahaha, nov 30 out of NYC- be there 
for real though, there are some CRAZY cruise deals right now.

@mrs. bird: I have never been either and I am patiently waiting for DH to take me on one! I don't think I would want to do it in November with a 6 month old though (unless we brought a babysitter!!). But, a HB vacation would be a blast. Maybe we should have a NE meetup first!

I've been saying I want to cruise for a while! I want to go with my parents and DH's parents so we can have some free baby sitting
My favorite thing was being able to just do whatever we wanted, whenever we wanted. We could eat, chill, see a show, go zip lining, swim, just sit there, etc.

@regberadaisy: Interesting, never tried ordering room service on a cruise! Just wondering, how long does it take to deliver? I figure the boats are so huge, I would think it would take at least an hour? and whats different about the RS food versus dining room food?
We are going on a cruise in a few days, and I hope I get to order room service now, haha!

@mrs. bird: I can't remember the name of the item but I believe it was like a cold salmon sandwich. It was sooo good and none of the items on room service was available elsewhere on the ship! Weird but true! And hehe we use to sneak alcohol on board then order oj via room service.
@sweetchic: it never took more than 30 minutes! For the mornings you have a slip you can fill out the night before and tell them when you want it delivered by. For Carnival the items on the room service menu just wasn't available elsewhere on the ship - we asked! Sometimes after lunch and hanging out deckside for a bit we'll head back to our room and order room service. hehe Or if we're pulling away from port we'll order room service and enjoy it on our balcony.

@sweetchic: I like doing the last morning as room service breakfast & put the card out the night before. Makes getting up & packing up easier. When you call in, it didn't take too long, we only did it a couple times, but I think just long enough for me to take a shower- so like 20-25mins maybe.

@regberadaisy: next time, I'm bringing diet coke, haha. And I'm filling a mouthwash bottle with vodka (provided I'm not pregnant by then!). we bought tequila in Mexico, but they kept it til we got off the ship

Hubs is so excited about the room service on our cruise. I told him that at least one morning we are doing breakfast in bed, never done that before.

I love lounging on deck and going through more books than I usually do in two months! There is something great about being somewhere that forces you to unplug!

Loved room service! Loved unlimited soft serve! Loved whale watching from our balcony (honeymoon to Alaska)
