If you could change one thing about your LO's sleep what would it be?

For me, it would be naps. For about 6 weeks (since my son was 4 months) my son has been the king of the 30 minute nap. He's overtired and not getting enough sleep but I'm having a hard time changing things. I've tried everything. He goes to bed at 7 and (lately) has been getting up in the 5 a.m. range (he used to sleep til 6:30)......(though I'm able to get him back to sleep in the swing....) and usually wakes just once to eat. I can deal with the early wakeup and night waking....but napping? I just feel bad for him b/c I know he's so tired from poor napping!
