I don't know if this is a "sleep training" post or not really.

My LO is sleeping through the night (EIGHT HOURS! YAY!) He sleeps from 8-4 straight. Finally! He is almost 14 months old.
It's been maybe 4-6 weeks of this (maybe 6 nights a week).

I am interested in seeing if we can stretch this 8 hours to more. I know he needs more than 8 hours but once I feed him he goes back to sleep and wakes every 45 minutes until he is up for the day (between 5 and 6 30 depending on the day).

If I don't nurse him, he still needs to eat and generally just decides to be up for the day (though once DH got him to drink water and eat fruit and then go back to sleep!).

I am inconsistent in whether I put him back in the crib or if I bring him to bed with me/us.

Should I mess with a good thing? If so, how?

Tell me about your sleep journey with your LO.
