Well i got a few test results back today, had to go back in for more bllod work though she said it looks like i have a hypothyroid, she also told me that my testosterone levels are too high and my estrogen levels are very low, i am supposed to go see her Tuesday so she can explain everything to me and do another pap smear, guess we will see what else happens not really sure what the testosterone and estrogen levels mean right now, but i hope it isn't anything bad 
i will be glad when i have all these answers!

Sounds like results typical of people with PCOS. I had good luck with metformin treatment (conceived within 1 month of starting it, and was able to lose 20 pounds on it)

Have you had an ultrasound to check for PCOS?
I was just recently diagnosed with Hypothyroidism too, so I can relate. I am on Cycle Day 85 and still no period!!
Do you know what your TSH numbers are? Mine were 12.44 when I was checked (normal is between 0.3 and 3!) Also, did your doctor start you on any meds? I have been taking 100mcg Synthroid for 2 weeks.
I highly recommend this community that deals with Thyroid issues... they are very helpful and gave me a lot of good info!!

@pui: They have not done an ultrasound to check for PCOS yet, i have another pap scheduled on touesday so she said she will let me know everthing that is going on, they didnt give me my TSH numbers yet all she said was that my testosterone is high and my estrogen is low, thats about it so waiting for all the answers and too see what meds i will be on, thanks! i will check it out and i will keep in touch, nice to know im not the only one going through this as well!

@BrentLee88: I've been on them for 2 weeks and I can't say I've really noticed any real difference yet lol... my skin seems to be in slightly better condition (not as dry) and I feel just slightly more peppy. I hope to feel more effects in the next few weeks. I really hope my period returns soon!!

@pui: yeah probably takes awhile to kick in then, at least your skin is better! i am sure everything else will be better in a few weeks, my skin is horrible so flaky its nasty!, so that will help me as well, i just feel tired 24/7 as well so i really cant wait to see what else is going on so i can starts meds to feel better!, Good luck on getting your period back! has to be nerve racking not knowing when it will show up, mine hasnt ever been that long but i noticed i discharge sometimes for 3 days then my period never shows up so something is up.
