I had this at a gathering and it was delicious...
1 container of Trader Joe's refrigerated bruschetta mixed with about 1/3 of a package of Trader Joe's cooked lentils (in refrigerated section) and a cup of feta. Mix together.
Eat it with Sea Salt and Pepper Rice Crisps from Trader Joe's. (Or any kind of crispy chip/cracker...I do think it tastes especially good with the rice crisps though!)
Soooo yummy. I'm pretty much addicted!
