I miss living in the same city as my closest friends. I also miss being able to sleep in whenever I want!

I miss shopping with my Mom. I never get to shop with her anymore because when they come visit, they want to spend time with the baby. Shops close at 9pm (I think?) so if we go out after she's asleep, we only get 2 hours!
I miss random naps and lazy Saturdays watching TV show marathons of snuggled on the couch with hubs.
I miss not worrying about a little bugger 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Afternoon naps - that down time was glorious and now LO doesn't remember how...

I miss the routine 'old way' of being a part of my family - waking up, going downstairs and chatting with my mom while my dad cooks pancakes, spending the day lounging around with my sisters watching TV and hanging out....I'm lucky that I still see my family several times a week and we do lots of things together, but it's not the same.
It's hard growing up!!

I miss not having to plan every single outing and making sure I have childcare if I would like said outing to be ALONE! haha

@mediagirl: I'm going to miss lazy weekends with DH once the baby comes, too. I love being able to make last minute plans for supper, going out with friends, etc. I know that won't last long!

I miss having weekends off with my DH. He has to work EVERY weekend, it really stinks.

Sleep. Naps with DH during the weekend. Not having to worry about LOs and their schedules.
And yet I wouldn't trade them for anything.

Being so selfish and carefree....and lazy....and shallow. I do miss it.
Now, I am MRS.MOM. And that doesn't allow for much laziness.

I miss feeling financially stable and secure. We're still doing just fine, but I'm a worry wort, and impending parenthood sounds rather expensive.
I miss my college days - while I didn't start dating DH until I moved after graduation, I had such an enjoyable experience, and loved being around my very best friends on a consistent basis.
I miss my pre-pregnancy body. I've mostly only gained belly weight, but I don't enjoy exercising less, or moving more slowly. My tummy makes things a bit uncomfortable, and these boobs need to stop overwhelming my chin.
I miss Christmas. I can't wait for it to be here again.
