Lately my LO has been soaking right through her cloth diapers. They fit well so I know it's not leakage, and I change her often but it seems like I have to change her outfit every time I change her diaper. Has any one else ever had this happen? Am I doing something wrong? Suggestions appreciated!!

Is it possible they need to be stripped? Barring that, I will say that doubling up with a hemp insert in addition to the microfiber worked well.

What kind of diapers are they? H soaks completely through her gDiapers (which is why I quit using them) and soaks completely through fitted diapers with a hemp insert overnight. Maybe try an insert?
