This might sound like a really silly question but I am not finding any answers online. I'm 1DPO and I am SUPER sore from a dance aerobic and squat heavy workout I did two days ago. I'm wondering if all the excessive soreness I am having and muscle repair could hurt our chances of getting knocked up this month. I have a healthy BMI and generally don't workout this hard but I definitely overdid it the other day. I am more sore in my lower body than I can remember being in a long time. I realize what will be will be but if my chances are lower I'd like to be prepared with that. Or maybe no one really knows. Anyway I hope this Ian the dumbest question ever because I do feel sort of dumb asking it. Anyone have any insights or personal experience to share?
