Just curious, did you enjoy dating, before you were married?
Or, for those of you who aren't married/in a serious relationship, do you enjoy dating?
Honestly, the dating world was never something I was that interested in. I never felt the need go out and meet a whole bunch of guys or go on a lot of dates. My best friend does a LOT of dating, so I know there are people out there who are more interested in it than I am!

I'm a wallflower so the idea of going out to meet someone is intimidating. I prefer group outings.

I hated it! I had friends who casually dated multiple people and I could never do it. I was always more of a relationship person.

Hated dating. I was with the same boyfriend for 7 1/2 years, and then I had 6 months between him and DH. I only went on two dates, and hated them both.

I didn't really date. I've been with DH since I was 16. We broke up for awhile in college and I went on a few dates. I was always interested in guys but obviously I preferred long term relationships.

I loved it. I loved meeting boys and flirting and the chase. Is it bad to say I still miss it a little?

I have only dated a few people . . . I remember enjoying a few of those dates, but on the whole, it was just okay. I really enjoyed dating DH though, we spent so much time laughing and could have fun doing anything together . . . that has not changed.

I really enjoyed dating. Sure there are duds out there, but that’s what makes life interesting – the stories. I met a lot of really interesting guys that I obviously didn’t 100% click with for a long term relationship, but that’s ok, not everyone is going to be right for you and not everyone should be right for you. Some of those guys went on to become good friends of mine, others were just interesting people doing different things in their lives than what I was doing, and were fun to talk to over dinner to expand my world a bit. Others provided a “girlfriend, you will never believe this!!!” story and laugh.

I started dating my husband when we were 17 so the only "dating" I did was with silly high school boyfriends. I've thought many times that I'm SO GLAD I don't have to worry about dating now...I feel like it would be so stressful to me lol!! I'm very shy.

I loved it! It was so fun just going on dates and having fun, going around the city, just being young with no responsibilites except for yourself!
Also I wasn't interested in The One until I met my SO and HE made me want a relationship. Before then, I didn't.

I always dreaded going on dates, but would usually have an okay time once I got there. And looking back I did actually enjoy dating, it was kind of exciting. Even if the date was bad, it was really fun talking about it with my friends afterwards.
