I go to sleep when DS goes to sleep - which is usually around 9:30 p.m. That's in part because I get up to feed him twice during the night. I'm guessing that when he sleeps through the night this will change. Do you sleep when your LO goes to sleep at night?

I haven't since she started sleeping through the night. LO usually goes to bed at 8 or 8:30 and I usually do stuff around the house or relax with DH before I hit the sack!

The kids go to bed at 7:30; DH and I go to bed around 9. DD is 2 and DS is 3 months.

My sleep hygiene is so bad. M goes to sleep around 7:30. Lala was up until 10 last night
I like some peace and quiet before I go to sleep, so I tend to stay up very late.

I should, because she's sleeping so badly these days that I'm getting pretty rough, but I don't usually. It's the only time I have to myself.

In the early weeks before going back to work I tried to bc there were so many night feedings. Now that I'm back at work I wish I can stay up through putting her to sleep! Usually by 9:00ish I'm SO tired I end up falling asleep with her.
Hopefully in the coming weeks either she falls asleep quicker or I can stick through a 1hr+ session to put her down. Not having any wind down or husband time nightly sucks! -
I did when she was a newborn but then stopped once she started sleeping 11-12 hours.

LO goes to bed at 7ish. Sometimes when I'm really tired I'll sleep when she does. Usually I stay up 1-4 hours before heading to bed.
I like some peace and quiet before I go to sleep, so I tend to stay up very late.
