I had learned more about juice cleanses while pregnant, but obviously couldn't do one then. one mom I know did do a juice cleanse for a week while EBF. I have no idea if it's safe or how to do it, but I am interested.
Anyone else do it while breastfeeding?

I'm curious to know too... Not that i would just solely do a strict juice cleanse but maybe drink it first thing In the morning? I know I've been drinking tons of green smoothies after birth

Maybe I am paranoid but I would never put my supply in jeopardy for something like this.... Any time you lower your calorie intake you can have supply issues....

I don't think a juice cleanse while nursing is a good idea! I know a super crunchy and popular blogger who does a yearly green smoothie cleanse, but she skipped years when she was pregnant and nursing.
