I love asking this question... if you were on death row, what would you request for your last meal?

Hot white rice with tuna fish & mayo + ketchup + kimchi. It's what I made growing up in my latchkey kid years.

Mine would include:
Well, first a lactaid pill... then:
Steamed lobster with lots of butter
Cheese fries
salmon sashimi
McDonald's cheeseburger and fries
Anna's Taqueria chicken quesadilla with tortilla chips and their fresh guacamole
And a hot fudge sundae with toasted almonds, whipped cream and a cherry for dessert. -
shake shack burger + cheese fries + milkshake
tina- have you tried shake shack yet? if not, next time you are here, you MUST try!!!

I would have:
1. Lobster with garlic butter sauce
2. Grilled scallops
3. Spicy scallop sushi handroll
4. Rollercoaster roll (it's so good. local sushi place makes it)
5. 2 del taco chicken soft tacos
6.. bbq ribs, shoe string fries, mac and cheese, cole slaw
7. in n out double double animal style
8. galbi + kimchee and ddukbosam
9. carne asada fries
10. tiramisu -
Lobster with drawn butter.
Sushi.
Chocolate milkshake.
McDonalds fries and nuggets.
Chocolate cake with chocolate frosting and chocolate chunks on top and in the middle. -

I'm tearing up here thinking about how much I would love to eat this right now!!

If I was on death row though, I would probably make an exception and have white rice for my last meal. Just that once.

@chopsuey119: Ok, but you have to add extra mayo + fancy mustard + black pepper + a little salt to the tuna fish. That was my secret sauce growing up.

@reggie: No, I haven't!! I definitely definitely want to try next time we're in the area... Rob Sr. tried it in Indianapolis and I don't think it was as good as people say it is in NYC.
@mrbee: My latchkey kid meal was white rice, raw egg, soy sauce, sesame oil all mixed together. When my parents realized raw eggs were dangerous, I switched to white rice in water with a can of vienna sausages. omg I miss vienna sausages.

Omg. Responding to the burger post made me realize that a Fuddruckers burger wasn't on my list... but then I remembered that a McDonald's cheeseburger was. There's just something magical about going back to childhood with that thin, thin burger and microwaved sweet bun.

@chopsuey119: Yay! Don't bother ordering a cheeseburger or cheese fries, they have warm cheese sauce at the condiment bar AND warm jalapeno cheese sauce if you prefer spicy

I never understood the whole last meal thing, since you're about to die anyway and dont even get to digest the meal. I think I would pass and not have a last meal

This question is so hard. I love so many foods. I think I would request lamb chops and lobster tail, garlic mashed potatoes, asparagus, and a chewy brownie.

Oh I love this question. When I did part of my student teaching I had seniors in high school in a government course and we covered the death penalty (oddly fascinating to me) and one of the writing topics I gave them was to outline their last meal. There were some clever responses including asking for something their allergic to knowing it would kill them before the needle could.
Mine personally would be the mac and cheese that was served at our wedding, mountain dew or dr. pepper (whichever I was feeling at the time which means I would order both since the meal has to be ordered something like 2 weeks ahead of time). Good, juicy, ripe watermelon and pringles. Granted this is based entirely off what I'm craving right this very second.

oh man. in no particular order...
100-day Rib-Eye from Grill 23 in Boston, MA, Vodka Pie from Goodfellas in Staten Island, NY, my wife's bokeum-bap with ketchup, and a 2 lb. lobster from Brown's Lobster Pound in Seabrook, NH.
Cap it off with a half-gal of Breyers strawberry ice cream, and finish it with four fingers of High West Double Rye and a Cohiba...
they probably won't even have to bother executing me after a meal like that.
