I was reading the post on how everyone got to the hospital, and it seems like most moms went into labour at night. What about you, when did you go into labour?

10:00 pm. But I stayed home until about 1:00 am. And then they sent me home at 4:00 am because I wasn't dilating, but an hour later I was in too much pain and I couldn't handle it, so we went back and I finally got admitted at 5 in the morning.

Water broke around 3/3:30 am Saturday. Got up from contractions at about 4:30 or so and called my mom because I didn't know what was going on! Got to the hospital at about 6 am, and had DS at 1:17 pm

When we toured the hospital/birth centre, the midwife leading the tour said something to the effect of that most women would be coming in to have their babies in the middle of the night, as opposed to during "normal business hours". I thought it was interesting, but now sure how true it is.

I went to the hospital at 8pm for a scheduled induction. At exactly 8pm, I went into labor without assistance. Pretty convenient that I was already there because the hospital is 40 mins from my house and the idea of being in the car during contractions is horrible. I had her at 3:38am. For my first child, I was pretty content with the amount of time it took altogether.
