DD2 literally "spits up" between 4 and 6 times after she eats. No matter how many times she does or doesn't burp right after. DH says she doesn't spit up that much when he feeds her while I'm at work (BM in a bottle), so...what's the deal?
Could she have reflux? Could it be something in my diet?
She's two and a half months.

Hm.... my LO spit up at least 4 or 5 times a nursing session. Sometimes they were smallish but often they were projectile/out his nose etc, and he would cry terribly about it. Do hers just dribble out or come gushing out? Our had acid reflux and went on meds. However, we noticed that he was still spitting up a ton, even hours after eating. I would be getting ready to feed him and he'd be still spitting up. Doctor recommended I go off of dairy (and to be very strict-checking ingredients) and it made a HUGE difference. Now he spits up a few times a day.

I have the same problem with DS. I've talked to our pediatrician about it, and she says that the muscle that keeps the food in the stomach is floppy, and that's why the milk comes back up so frequently. As long as the baby is gaining weight and has plenty of poopy and wet diapers, then it's just a laundry problem. If baby seems distressed or upset by spitting up, it could be reflux on top of the spitting up.

Wow! Sounds just like us. I would say half are projectile, and the rest just come out, but it's always a lot either way. And sometimes its clear with a couple white specks, a lot of the time it looks like milk straight out of the breast, and some of it is full on white curdled milk looking.

Agreed with PP, as long as she is gaining weight and thriving I wouldn't worry about it. Our issue started when her weight wasn't increasing and the amount was too much. She had reflux and was recently diagnosed with a disease of the esophagus.
It make look like a lot but they said "pour out a tablespoon & look how much it seems and compare it to the amount of spit up" it may seem like more than it really is!

She is gaining weight fine according to the pedi. Sometimes it upsets her and she will start gagging and crying but a lot of the time she doesn't seem to mind

But she is gaining weight and seems healthy it's just this constant spitting up drives me bonkers because I don't know what to do besides burp her.
Sorry to hear about your LO! Is eating tough for her?

Do you think you have An over active letdown maybe of has baby been checked for tongue and/or lip tie? Any clicking noises when feeding at the breast?
My wee girl was a happy chucker due to her lip and tongue ties and my strong letdown which resulted in her taking in a lot of air when feeding. The chucking improved when she had her ties clipped at eight weeks and as she got bigger.
Have you tried biological / laid back feeding?

@Mommytotwois: She loves eating, she doesn't let getting sick stop her from chowing down. the medicine is helping a lot for the spit up/throw up, we found out in a couple weeks if it's working to cure the disease. I will say having a spitty baby is not fun, we woudl go through 5-7 outfits a day, 15+ bibs, ect. I feel for you!
