I was just reading about how David Tutera and his partner are handling child custody in their divorce and was pretty horrified to find out that they are splitting up their twins. Their logic is apparently that it's better because the twins are only half-siblings since they share a mom, but one was conceived (through IVF) using David's sperm, and the other using his partner's. I don't know - I guess that makes it easy to choose which child goes with which parent, but it seems like a huge disservice to the children. What do you think?
