I'm about a 36 E and just got the ok to start exercising again. Before I start running again I need to invest in some quality sports bras. Any recs?

I bought two of the glamourise no bounce sprot bras and I love them!!

They are pricey but awesome: moving comfort Fiona. Great for the well endowed. Bonus: you adjust them via front Velcro so they're convenient for nursing.

No suggestion but am curious as well. Went for a 1 mile run in my old sports bra at 4 weeks pp and it hurt!

I have a much smaller chest then you but I like to wear two sports bras when I run. It's much more comfortable IMO.
