I just rejoined a gym now that lo2 is 3 months, and when I went to get dressed today to go workout, OWWWWWW!!! I'm not even wearing it while engorged but my poor achy milky boobs My old sports bras are not cutting it even though I got them while I was still nursing lo1 (fwiw, she was 1 when I started working out again, lol trying to get back into it earlier this time! Plus I had supply issues w lo1 so there's way more milk this time).
Do you have recommendations for sports bras that you love that have worked when you're still in the early/nursing a lot days? Bonus for ones that are easy to nurse in since I'm still home w lo2 and using the gym childcare/need to nurse shortly before/after working out!
Eta I'm about a d cup so need a good supportive bra. I've been using a sleep nursing bra for mommy and me yoga but that would hurt for any cardio...
