LO is 2 weeks shy of 1 year so I put this in baby because I'm not ready to have a toddler.

I am ashamed to admit it but LO has horrible nap habits. She only naps 30 min a day in a swing at daycare and at home she only naps in a carrier while we're walking or on my boob. Not nurse to sleep but actually on the boob for the entire nap. I'm able to set her down maybe once every three weeks.

We've tried nap training several times. LO is capable of crying for a long time and she's perfectly happy to not nap all day.

Still I think we're ready to try again. My husband has next week off and then the week after that LO will switch daycares. I was thinking the week my husband has off might be a good time to try to get LO adjusted to the new daycares nap routine (since we don't have one that works yet). My in laws will be in town that week too though and I don't think they can handle CIO. Tough cookies for them?

Idk, I'm just kind of out of ideas and something needs to change. I can't believe I've let this go on a whole year.

Any tips for this age? Anyone else deal with this?
