I went stroller shopping in-person for the first time today. I was definitely drawn to the 3-wheel more than the 4-wheel variety. I think it was a combination of look, manageability, and maneuverability - or am I getting sucked into the It's-more-expensive-so-it-must-be-better trap? Thoughts?

I'm no help as I'm getting one of each! A Bob Revolution and an Uppababy Vista! I wanted 4 wheel for every day and 3 wheel from running.

I think it depends what your needs are for a stroller. I don't jog, so the 4 wheel works fine for us.

I have a bob and I love it! I also have a 4 wheel umbrella stroller.

I only have a 3 wheel, so not sure the comparison. I don't jog, but we live in a rugged area, which is why we went for a 3 wheeler.

We got a 3-wheeler. I don't jog but I didn't like the look of the less expensive 4-wheelers. My budget was under $200. We got the Britax B-Agile.

I have a 3 wheeler and a 4 wheeler. I personally like the look of the 3 wheelers better, but I find the handling to be the same.

All we have is a 3-wheel Jeep stroller for $175ish. I don't jog, but do go on trails often, so I like being able to maneuver around easily.

We have the Britax B-Agile in the 4 wheeler model and we've been very happy with it. It's easy to manoeuvre and folds easily. The front wheels lock into place so I think you could use it for jogging too, though I haven't tried it.

We have both. A Maclaren for travel and errands, and a BOB for walks/runs.

I have a snap and go that's 4-wheels to pair with the infant seat, and then we registered for (and someone bought!) the City Mini 2012, which has 3-wheels. It's not a "jogger" because the front wheel doesn't lock, but to be honest..I don't run anywhere. lol.

I am loving the BOB. I jog sometimes with it but I moreso needed it for the rough terrain and trails in my rural area. No sidewalks here! But I love it in the mall too and grocery stores!
