I don't wear sleeveless to the office (although some of my coworkers do), so for me to wear that, I would have on either a cardigan or a blazer. For cardigans, I prefer the very simple ones like this:

With that cardigan, I would do a long pendant necklace and very simple pumps or wedges, no adornments. I am very plain, though.

Oh and one other thing, I always have a selection of belts that coordinate with my shoes. Sometimes dresses come with the belts attached, I typically remove them and substitute my own leather or fabric ones.

With a belted dress, I wear shorter necklaces.

I also don't wear nude shoes (it's hard to find a shade that complements my skin) so instead I substitute snake print!

@Mrs. Lion: You can wear that with a cardi, leather jacket, jean jacket, or blazer. Depending on the top then you can do different types of shoes like booties, flats, or heels.

@Mrs. Lion: That's the type of cardigan I generally wear with dresses at work.

I don't think the brand of cardigan matters, it is more the style. I have a subscription to Redbook magazine and they have super affordable, very wearable wardrobe options every month.

I don't think a denim jacket is appropriate unless it is strictly outerwear and you remove it in the office.
