My 8-week old is battling a cold and we've been Nose Frida-ing her. But she seems to have mucous in her chest/throat and I want to get it out! Is there a way?

When DS had RSV last month, I wanted to get it out of his chest too!! Following to see if there's a way so I know in the future. Hearing and feeling that chest congestion is so heart breaking!
