This is not something that has me too worried per se, but just curious if it's happened to others. For the past week or so, my 18 month old has been totally rejecting the lovey he's been sleeping with since 6 months. Like, he pushes or throws it it out of the crib and if I put it back, he does again. Wants nothing to do with it or the other lovey and stuffed animal we used to always keep in his crib.

It's not like he's gotten all independent, either... in fact, for the past couple months, we have had to lie next to his bed to get him to sleep, which never happened before.

What does it all mean?
