Not sure if you know this already, but when using a Mac usually when you hold down "command" while clicking something it opens it in a new tab. It's not working on this site right now though.

how come we only have an hour to edit our posts?

would be nice to have the reply feature xanga has and if someone replies to your response, an email is sent.

also, for your external links, would be nice if we click them, they'd open in a new window, rather than opening in the current window.

Yeah, I noticed yesterday that I couldn't use the 'command' button on my mac. Now on my work PC, I noticed that the 'shift' button doesn't work either.

@bluestriped bee - Holding down the shift button while I click works for me? At least, on a PC.

I just wanna say it's awesomesauce that I can post from my android phone. I never could/can on WB, even using the html button. But here I've posted from my phone with complete ease, a few times, actually.
Anyway, love it!

You can control click on the mac, and choose "open in new tab".

Also, when you click on a full post page, there's no links for newer/older posts, so you have to click back to the home page to see other content.

Hi Mr. Bee. I'm sure this is on your list already, but the link back to page "1" at the bottom of the boards looks broken-- doesn't take you back to the first page of the boards.

I was wondering if {at some point, I know that you have a long list & now a new baby {congrats!} so your plate is pretty full} if there might maybe be wikis or a place to do photographer/daycare/etc reviews for specific places {dfw area/nyc/etc}.

Because I'm pregnant & looking for a photog in the area. The wedding photog I picked sucked it up {my own fault}, but I went with a friend {shame on me :/} & now really wish that I had utilized the resources that I had available at the time. Maternity/newborn photogs don't seem to have the same visibility that wedding ones do & a lot of the ones that I've seen in my area are super cheezy or super expensive, which we just unfortunately can't afford right now. I know that y'all are currently in beta, but I'm positive that once y'all go live the community is going to grow like crazy & I would bet that people who love their photogs wouldn't mind putting in a good word for them, so I was hoping that something like that would be in the works

As for the daycare - a girlfriend of mine is going to be watching our babe, so this isn't for me, but a different girlfriend's sister {sorry, convoluted} had a baby not too long ago & ended up finding this great little church led daycare/pre-school that wasn't super expensive, but still had wonderful teachers & a great environment. I was hoping that with the kind of traffic y'all get/will be getting little gems like that would be exposed more if there was a dedicated place to talk about them.

those are the two "items"{?} I could think of off the top of my head that it might be harder to find reviews for online - I know that baby/kids products are super easy to find & have been reviewed the heck out of, but when it comes to businesses based in specific areas, it can get a little patchy.

We may do a separate reviews business at some point. Most reviews sites get corrupted by the paying customer, i.e. the vendors. So we'd have to find a way to support the site besides vendor cash. We'll work it all out, but first we will focus on hellobee for a while!

@katdevargas: I agree, it's super hard to find photographers!

@Mr. Bee: Just an idea I got from katdevargas' suggestion. What if in the meantime you had the occasional guest bloggers like newborn/baby photographers? It would be great because maybe they could post inspiration photos for people and it would be a way for them to get a little bit of exposure.
