I am having the hardest time finding shoes for my 14 month old daughter that will go with all/most of her outfits! It seems they are all super bright and/or sparkly and it drives me nuts when her shoes don't match what she is wearing haha. Does anyone have a pair they love? I am to the point where I almost don't even care about the cost (within reason of course) if I could just find her a somewhat neutral pair! Anybody want to share your faves?

My daughter doesn't wear shoes yet, but Saltwater Sandals are my favorite and I'll be buying them next summer. I would get either white or gold.

@Mrs. Pickle: ooh those are cute! Have you seen them in person? The soles look thick for an early walker...she's only been consistently walking for a couple weeks.

@Mrs. Lion: I have! Most of my friends have them for their LOs, but none of them are early walkers. They have styles with thinner soles. I just like the sweetheart ones the best.

My favorite neutral pair are Livie & Luca Luna shoes in Vintage Cognac. Last year she had L&L Petals in white and she wore them with everything. She was 13 months when she started wearing those, but had been walking for a while by then.

My favorites are the jelly shoes from old navy! Waterproof, easy on/off, and matches everything since it's mostly clear with a subtle glitter. So sad that DD has outgrown them for this summer.

Saltwaters! White goes with everything and they are easy to clean. ON jellies are her favorite though.

@Mrs. Lion: Jellies run small so I would size up. Do you have an Old Navy near you where you can go get her fitted? DD often wore her jellies to daycare without issues.

@Andrea: I really think I'm going to shoot an email over to customer service! Maybe if enough of us do it, they will have new sizes available by summer.
@Mrs. Lion: I was worried about comfort too at first, but DD actually found them really comfortable. I think they're better than crocs because the straps keep them in place and they're less likely to slip off!

@Mrs. Lion: I can usually find SKR shoes on sale, my favorite places to check are Nordstrom Rack, 6pm.com and Myhabit.com. Livie and Luca can be found on the two websites I mentioned too. Also keep an eye on Amazon, they have good deals too sometimes.
I really like the soft sole infant versions by both SKR and Livie and Luca for early walkers too. My 18 month old has been walking for quite a while and still prefers her soft soles most of the time.

@Mrs. Lion: SKR has sales often. I always buy the sneakers for $20 or less since she needs them year round for day care, easy to buy in multiple sizes when on sale.

We also have the old navy Mary Jane jellies. dD1 is rough on her shoes and work them pretty much exclusively last summer. They were very comfortable for her and had no damages all summer! Got the same for both girls for this summer.
I bought a pair of saltwaters off classifieds and I find them uncomfortable not good for wider feet? The soles are so hard imo. Neither of my girls like them. But they are super adorable.

@Mrs. Lion: old navy makes the jellies in infant sizes - try the 12-18 month size for a size 4. I don't think I'd want my DDs in them inside all day, but that's also maybe because we don't wear shoes inside so I'm not used to shoes on that much. Finally, check the Surprize by Stride Rite infant line at Target - I just got some really cute Mary Jane/Moc hybrids for about $20

@PinkElephant: we don't wear shoes inside at home either. But at daycare, closed toed shoes are a rule. So the ON Mary Janes are perfect for that rule!

@Mrs. Lion: For an early walker, I would get something like the Livie and Luca that @twodoghouse posted or Pediped or See Kai Run. We love Saltwaters but they're hard for an early walker. They tend to run big and I think it's easy to trip if the front part of the sandal is too long (does that make sense?). These are cute from SKR:
