What are your favorite recipes that include sun dried tomatoes?

I love to put them on pizza or with pasta ... especially good with shrimp and/or pesto. Yum!

I put them on pizza, with red sauce over pasta, or even just with lemon, salt and pepper with pasta. I would totally eat them plain. They are so yummy.

You can also make a pesto pasta and put them in there with some mozzarella balls.

I love sundried tomatoes! I always buy the dry ones and rehydrate them in hot water and always always always put it in pasta. Sooooo yummy.
