Looking for a pair of sunglasses for my 2 year old. Preferably cheap (in price) but sturdy of course. Also am hoping to get a normal black or grey gender neutral pair that I could pass down to my daughter... Any suggestions?? TIA!!

The dollar spot at target has cute ones! I bought 5 pairs because i know my 3 year old will inevitably break them haha.

@Mrs. Lion: We got a few there, too!
The Children's Place has them for a few dollars and often runs free shipping specials. My DDs like the really tacky, outrageous ones (think rainbow leopard rhinestone movie star glasses), but they have "normal" ones as well.
I personally don't invest in sunglasses. As long as they are properly UV blocking, they'll do. The kids treat them like toys, they swap with their friends, and inevitably they get broken, scratched, lost, stepped on, etc. They're not rough or careless kids, it just happens.
As far as durability...we had a pair that came from the Vanity Fair/Wrangler store at our outlet mall...not sure of the brand, but they were super bendy/flexible, and we still have them (they haven't snapped like others). So I'd check discount stores/department stores in the kids section and give them a "bend test" if you're hoping for a pair that'll last

@mrs.kiwi: another target rec! When they are not in the dollar spot they are $5 in the kids sections. Ours have held up well!

My mom got some really cute ones at Toys R Us. They're "unbreakable" so very sturdy. One DD had pink and one has blue. The blue ones are plenty gender neutral if you ask me.

We have several pairs from the Gap - with a 40% off sale they're pretty reasonable.

We have been wearing these since 18months old. They also have a replacement policy for lost or broken. Got ours on amazon and have been super happy.
