I am looking for a sunscreen stick for the girls face that goes on easily. I have one but it just cakes on and doesn't roll very well, so it ends up being a bunch of messy lines of sunscreen...which is pointless. Any recommendations?

I had a Badger stick that I tossed because it was so hard to spread.

I have the babyganics one and it's exactly how you said. I try to use it to reapply when we are it but do a good job with regular liquid before we go out. She's really fair so at least the white lines aren't too noticeable.

No luck with sticks! I tried one that I saw recommended on the blog and it was really hard to apply. Can't remember the brand!

I use sun bum on my son and me! It goes on smoothly and smells a bit like banana. http://www.ulta.com/ulta/browse/productDetail.jsp?productId=xlsImpprod5340069

We have the neutrogena face stick. Second season and I love it. I keep meaning to buy the baby one to see.

I like the Nuetrogena one, it's pink, I think? I use it for the face only though.

I like blue Neutrogena one. DS #1 likes to use it to apply the sunscreen on himself.

I have the Neutrogena one from Costco. LOVE it. It goes on smooth and clear so you don't have to rub it in. It's probably a toxic death stick but it works great!

@Bao: with any stick I feel like it works better once I've been outside and it is a bit softer....can you keep your sunscreen in a warm part of your house or in the garage?
I'd been using a coppertone baby stick, which I recently saw gets not so great reviews for chemical content, so I won't recommend it.

We've been using a yellow neutrogena one, I think it's called beach and sun or something. It's spf 50+, which I like for me and DS. And now that we switched to the stick he's stopped putting up a huge fight about getting sunscreen on.
