D is 9 months old and so far has been EBF. I have been pumping at work (3x/day) and have been able to keep up with his needs with no problem, often having extra to freeze. Within the past 2 weeks, though, I feel like my supply has plummeted. I am barely able to keep up with his needs, and have had to supplement from my frozen stash. I only have about 80oz left in my stash, after just donating 170oz to a mama in need, and if I continue to have to use 2-4oz a day, I will blow through that in no time. I eat oatmeal every morning for breakfast and drink a fair amount of water (though I could certainly work on increasing that) all day long. I really don't want to start using formula now (ENTIRELY because of the cost factor), so at our appointment tonight I am going to ask our pediatrician about supplementing with whole milk - there are no allergies in my family, though I do have very mild lactose intolerance (I can't drink milk but I can eat ice cream, yogurt, cheese, etc).

Any thoughts on what I could do to get my supply back up to snuff, or am I just facing the inevitable end of EBFing?
