Tabasco is the workhorse of my hot sauce life, but recently I've been super into Cholula! So my vote is Team Cholula right now. But that is subject to change... if I had to choose only one hot sauce for the rest of my life, it would definitely be Tabasco!

I am partial to Cholula though bc I used to work at Don Pablos.
I still have love for Tabasco too. Variety is the spice (heh heh) of life I say!

Siracha, Cholula, Tapatio, and Tabasco in that order of preference, but they are always in my rotation and my fridge. It prefer different ones depending on what I'm eating or cooking.

I like different brands for different foods. Cholula or tapatio for Latin, sriracha for Asian, Tabasco for steak, franks red hot for chicken. We have some smaller batch sauces for DH, they are way too spicy for me.

Tabasco is too vinegary to me. I prefer Tapatio. And sriracha. LOOOVE me some sriracha!

Cholula is the only way to go if it's going to make elotes/esquites. I have some in my fridge now. And on pizza.

My go to hot sauces are Sriacha and Tapatio, but if I had to pick between these two definitely Cholula. SO GOOD ON EGGS!

Choulula definitely. Especially for breakfast eggs, omelets skillets! Yum!
Tabasco I like only for chili and the chipotle Tabasco is awesome at chipotle.

Between these two, cholula. I only use tabasco in clam chowder.
But Tapatio & sriracha are my usual go-tos!
