I think the boys are ready to start eating more food, but I'm feeling a little bit overwhelmed with how to make the transition. They've eaten a variety of baby food, both individual foods and mixes. They've also had some finger foods like mum mums, little bites of chicken, etc. I have primarily stuck to only introducing one new food at a time, though. F has had no problems at all, and E has had mild reactions (ed skin and a rash) from lentils and chickpeas. The idea of just giving them some of what we're having makes me a little apprehensive because their could be several new things.

How did you transition to more table foods? When did you relax and not worry about introducing one food at a time?
