I use a laptop more because of work.
I like the ease of the iPad tho

I do have an iPad, but I barely use it. My laptop is so much better for typing!

I prefer my iPad because my laptop (circa 2005) is SO slow
But I find it harder to work on my iPad. But I do like it's portability

laptop. I have both and I use my iPad more for school because my textbook is one there. but if I have to write a paper, I need my laptop!

Laptop. Easier to type and websites come up normal vs mobile version. And I don't have to worry about Flash websites.

Depends. If I'm just mucking around on HB, FB or YouTube then a tablet/phone is good. If I'm trying to write or make something then I prefer my desktop with its 32" screen but a laptop would do.
