@Adira: Oh I have already told him Sunday night is a must. And I don't care how tired he is on Thursday's when he gets home either. He will just have to get in the mood

@Smurfette: hahaha, hopefully if you do it Sunday and you ovulate when he's gone, you'll be all set! And I would imagine that not seeing you for four days will make him willing to on Thursday, regardless of how tired he is! Good luck to you!

I just had my second daughter at 34. Got pregnant the first month of trying- so not everyone has problems after 30!

@jholler25: I am so glad you started a board, us gals over 30 tend to have more challenges since we have a lower chance per month. but i know many people have no issues so i am glad you started a board for women who are challenged and tested more by TCC but aren't infertile.

I'm turning 30 in 2.5 weeks (day after Christmas), and DH is 39. We are in the middle of Cycle #4 TTC.

I just turned 30! We just started trying in mid-November. I like to think of that decision as one of my birthday presents.

I had my daughter at 31, and it took me about 6 months to conceive (including 3 months of serious trying).

I am 30 and DH is 33. We have been NTNT for 3 months so far, no luck. But in January I hope to be moving on to TTC.

I am thirty. We were hoping to start TTC early next year, but my doctors have forbidden us from trying until my thyroid condition is sorted out. They don't want my whacked out levels to have a possible effect on the baby. While it is upsetting news, I'm glad we are dealing with this now and know about it now.

I'm 32 and DH is 29 - we're currently expecting our first after getting pregnant on our very first try. A very close friend is also expecting her first at age 35 after getting pregnant on her first try as well.
Despite how it is sometimes portrayed in the media, there are lots and lots of positive stories out there from those of us over 30 who are trying to start families!

I turn 30 in two weeks (insert babblimg about personal crisis over said birthday here), and we will be starting to TTC #1 at the same time. It's nice to know that I'm in good company!

I am 31 turning 32 in December and Mr. Wallaroo is 32. I just went off the pill last month. This month we were just NTNT. Waiting for my period as I don't think we were successful this month so we can really start TTC #1

I'm 31 and DH is 33...we're TTC #1 and it occurred to me recently that unless something happens for us this cycle, I'll be 32 when we have a baby. For a long time we'd just assumed we wouldn't have any kids b/c of my health issues, but I thought that if I ever had kids it would be before the age I'm getting to. Now that I *am* this age, I realize it's not what I was afraid of!

@JoJoGirl: that's fine, I was thinking about starting a similar thread yesterday!
I am 36 and DH is 38. We are on cycle 5 but I expect cycle 6 to start tomorrow or Friday (based on this morning's BFN & our bad timing this month).
Good luck ladies!!!

@SpanielLove: Funny how time can really change your thoughts and feelings on certain issues.
@KentuckyGirl: I am 36 (will be 37 when I deliver) and got pregnant on cycle 5 (this is my first pregnancy - I am 25 weeks this week).
Best of luck to all of you!

DH and I are both 32. We turn 33 in Oct and Nov. We started TTC 21 months ago with a m/c in between.

It's so frustrating. I am 32 and have been trying to conceive for 25 cycles. Had my first monitored cycle with clomid and IUI and my pregnancy blood test came back negative yesterday. Every month I'm hopefully but just don't know how much more disapointment I can take.

I'm 34 and DH is 37. After trying on our own for 9 months we found out that our best (and maybe only) bet to move to IVF due to male factor (low morphology) and female factor (tubal issue) infertility. It is frustrating even though we haven't been at it as long as many. I'm trying to stay hopeful about IVF #1 in late june/early july.
@sallyny: I'm sorry things didn't work out as you hoped! *HUGS*

I'm 32 and hubby is 33, will be 34 in July. We are on cycle #1 trying for #2.......we miscarried at 20 weeks and have a daughter in heaven now.

@SallyNy: Hugs! I'm sorry it was negative:( Will you do Clomid again this next cycle?
@GreenThumb: Good luck on your IVF:) I'm sorry that they told you that is your best option, but you have an awesome outlook and I'm really hopeful that you have a successful IVF cycle this summer:)
@Jennimac: I am sorry again:( I was so excited to read that you guys are trying again. SO excited:)
I'll be 32 when this LO is born in December. We started trying right when DH and I both turned 31. We got pg on cycle 7 and 8, but both were chemical pregnancies. And then on month 9 we got pregnant with this sticky baby (YAY!)
I'll never understand the randomness of fertility. It's SO tough when it doesn't happen as quickly as you want it to. And I didn't try for as long as many others, but after 6 months of very actively TTC, I was ripping my hair out. It makes no sense to me that we had 6 months of zilch, and then got pregnant 3 months in a row. That was the shocker of my life.
For everyone on here that is struggling, I just want to give you my hugs:)
