Sometimes I'll move around him but if I'm feeling lazy I'll just angle my body so my "top" breast is easy for him to latch onto. So he's laying more on his back then his side and I'm angled more onto my stomach. I have large breasts so I'm not sure if it would work with a smaller chest. I also have to be careful not to squish him with these monsters

I often accidentally fell asleep while feeding dd this way. I was against co-sleeping, as my husband is a smoker, and that is a risk factor. However he was often away for work so it wasn't usually a huge issue. To keep her from falling out of bed I laid across the middle of the bed using the headboard as my security.

I only nursed like this when he was much younger and slept in our room-although I used to go lay down on the couch to feed him. I can't remember when he got old enough to switch, but he's 8 months and I only feed him in cross carry and only one side at a time. It's an easy hold to transfer him back to the crib without jostling him excessively

I just flip her into the middle of the bed. I block feed, so I feed several times on one side before switching to the other. I'll often feed most of the evening on my right side so that my left side is ready for overnight. Then I can flip her over if I need to.

I flip him from side to side. Kinda drag him over my body. My bed is against a wall. I've tried leaning so he could get the top boob but it's not comfortable for me. And for me side lying nursing is all about getting him latched on asap so I can get back to sleep!

I only nurse on one side per feeding, so I usually just opt to nurse lying down when I'm due to nurse from that breast. I have fed LO from the top boob, but it's not as comfy, and I couldn't doze that way.
