As my last effort, after 5 months of diet and excersize, I've downloaded my fitness pal and have started counting calories! So for those you who do count, I'm kind of wondering things like height, weight and what your limit is for the day. MFP suggested 1200 a day if I want to lose 2lbs a week. I'm 5'4" and 162 currently, and I'm wondering if I'm starting at 1200 I can't really go down any farther later on when I get close to my goal. Also I really need some 300 calorie range lunch ideas if anybody has any?
